2025 HOPE FEST 4 HUNGER RAISES CLOSE TO $36,000 THIS YEAR, MAKING A COMBINED TOTAL OF $226,000 IN THE PAST 6 YEARS!

All proceeds go directly to Guilford County’s local hunger programs, with $18,000 going to A Simple Gesture and $18,000 going to Greensboro Urban Ministry!

Over 700 people attended this multicultural dance festival at the Carolina Theatre on Sunday, February 16th, and enjoyed dynamic dance performances, winning great raffle prizes & Silent Auction items.  News 2’s, Lauren Coleman emceed the show, which featured many beautiful cultures, including; Hindu, Irish, Mexican, Modern, Spanish, Native American, and African dancers & drummers.

Through generous sponsors and donors, over $36,000 was raised that will directly impact hunger programs at A Simple Gesture & Greensboro Urban Ministry. This celebration of diversity brought our community together to make a difference for those facing food insecurities.
